The Brink name, wordmark, page designs, written copy and interface artwork on this website belong to their owner and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. Apple, App Store and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. and are used here only to describe where the app is available.

Brink is a fitness and nutrition tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Training plans, calorie targets and nutrition estimates are general information, and outcomes vary from person to person.

Consult a physician before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or living with a medical condition. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms. You take part in physical activity at your own risk.

Nutrition values generated from a photo or a text description are estimates produced by automated analysis. They may differ from the true values of your meal. Do not rely on them where precision matters, including for the management of any medical condition.

This website is provided as it is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Content, features described here and the pages themselves may change without notice as the product develops.

This website links to the App Store and may link to other external resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Brink is established. The governing jurisdiction must be confirmed and stated here by the operator's legal adviser before publication.
